I’ve been practicing for more than 6 years and I find that meditation not just changes structures inside the brain it changes a person’s personality,it changes the ways a person feels and the way he reacts to specific situations.I can surely change the meditators attitudes towards life, provided that he practice in a proper way.I started meditating when I was in middle school, I was aggressive ,and usually stubborn and always wanted to be in the military.I would have become a soldier if didn’t started 6 years ago.Now ,I’ve changed a lot no more aggressive, no more stubborn and more calm.And it is no exaggeration to say that it changed my life completely. My IQ has improved a lot (about 50 points).And now I’m studying medicine, which is opposite of serving in a military ,fighting and killing people.
