    The way I stay fit, is by swimming and playing football. I am a 55 year old man and can happily say that I eat whatever I feel like, but make it a point to go for a swim early, every morning and then go to work. On the way back from work I visit the football club and play the sport with workouts and cool downs before and after it. This has been my regime for the past 20 years and must say that people ask if I am the brother of my 20 year old son, love the complements.
