Laugh and Live Happily

Have you ever seen the group of people who gather in parks and laugh loudly and clearly, on cue? They are all part of what is known as the laughter club. They gather to just laugh, a good full throated laugh, one that clears all the cobwebs from your mind, and clears your throat and lungs also.

They have got the right idea, and it would do all of us a lot of good if we follow it to some extent in our daily lives. We are not asking you to go out in the parks and laugh, all we are saying is to make laughter an inherent part of you.

Laughter helps to lighten your spirits and take some of the stress away. It makes the world seem like a much nicer place and makes you realise that gloom and doom are really not the places to be in.

Happiness is a state of mind that all of us are always running after. We can only achieve it if we feel that the world is a great place to be in. Happiness cannot enter our lives if we have forgotten how to laugh. After all, a frowning person is likely to make everyone around him also unhappy.

Laugh, at the jokes that you hear, at the comedy films that you seen, at the sight of a new born trying to put his toe in his mouth, at the joy of watching a child play with a puppy.

Laugh and the world laughs with you.

Laugh and you will make yourself and all those around you happy.
