    My wife since the birth of our daughter has been not taking to the gym as often as she used to earlier. The result is that she has put on some weight.     Healthy lifestyle is one that almost everyone is rushing to. I recently attended a parents teacher meet at my sons’ school and almost all the dads there were talking about the gyms they went to and the diets they were on.
