A flawless glowing complexion – an unblemished complexion – a rosy face, there are so many ways in which we can describe a person’s skin, but what all these statements signify is the fact that a healthy complexion is one of the greatest assets you can ever have.

It is easy to have a healthy looking skin – just follow some of the suggestions given below:

Drink lots and lot of water – yes we know you have heard that before – but it really does help. It removes the toxins from your body and prevents your skin from looking dry and tired.

Have a healthy diet – lost of fresh fruits and salads – this is valid for overall health of the body, but even more so for your skin since your skin needs all the nutrients it can get.

Keep your skin moisturized and protected with sunscreen when you go out. The pollutants outside and the ultraviolet rays of the sun can cause a lot of harm to your skin.

Remember to remove all signs of make-up at night and cleanse your skin regularly. This will give your skin a chance to breathe and rejuvenate itself through the night.

Take care as to what you put on your skin. Choose well and carefully, there are a lot items available nowadays and what suits your friend may not suit you.
